Yes. If we have not started working on your order, we can pull the plug. We will check on the status of your order immediately when you contact us. Please be aware that a normal transaction can start as early as an hour after you send the order. We try to give fast service. Please “Contact Us” or call 512-331-8835 if you have any questions regarding the refund policy.
No, you don’t have to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. Simply click the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the PayPal login screen to make your payment.
The large cards are 5"x 7" and comes with an elegant, plain white envelope.
The small cards are 5.5" x 4.25" and comes with an elegant, plain white envelope.
Art Attack Greetings is headquartered in Austin, Texas. Our cards are shipped from Austin, TX via USPS. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. It is best to email us at info@artattackgreetings.com; but you may also call us at 512-331-8835. We promise to make every attempt to get back to you within 24 hours on business days.
All our cards are posted by First Class USPS.
Costs are calculated based on item weight so the postage cost will increase on larger orders.
The Postage and Packaging cost includes the cost of all envelopes supplied and is not simply the cost of a stamp.
If you wish to check the postage and packaging costs on a particular order the best way to do this is place the order in the shopping cart with the correct card size, quantity and address and the site will calculate the charge.
Something not right? No problem! We accept returns, no questions asked.
We will only take returns for up to 365 days from the date of purchase.
